after upgrade from VBR 10 to 11 access to VBR restricted

Hi folks,

after a (too) quick update from 10 to 11 i´ve run in a problem. I installed VBR, after that i noticed that the console was still version 10. So i removed it and installed the v11 console. Now i get the error message that my connection to localhost:9323 is refused - what to do? Do i need to reinstall the whole VBR again?

You seem to do everything right as remote backup consoles should be upgraded manually. You could play with the reinstallation of the console/backup server, but more effective would be to contact technical support directly instead - the logs will tell the exact reason of the behavior.
