Backup of configuration's data base of my veeam server

Post by Alvaro »

Hello

I have to questions

1. If i have two CPD...and I have two veeam's servers (One in each cpd)...Could I set up a replica of the configuration data base between both veeam's server???. I want to do this just in case one of my two server fail...I would like to recover fro the second one.

2. I know i can make a backup of the veeam's configuration data base... the question is...Could I save this backup in scale out repository and move later to object storage repository?? (S3) I mean...Could I save the configuration's data base of veeam server in S3???

Thank you

Hi Alan, you can use file copy jobs to cross-backup configuration backup between the sites and you cannot store configuration backups in scale-out backup repositories. Thanks!
