We recently installed B&R v11, and all the agent installations went well, except one. We have a physical machine running Ubuntu, and it is impossible to get the Rescan to pass through. We always get some kind of "cannot connect, permission denied" error. We have even given the backup user root status, but that doesn't help.
My colleague, who knows much more about Linux than I do, has now installed the backup agent manually, and the backup job works and does the backup of the machine okay. But the Rescan still fails, which means that the machine is always listed as "Offline" and "Out of date" in the B&R console.
Any pointers in the right direction will be much appreciated!
