Backup keeps on running with 99%

Hello,
I currently have two backuptasks that started on 23.01. and 24.01. and since then they are at 99% with "running".
I have already booted the VBR server twice, unfortunately without any change.
The backups are still 99% running in the console. On the server/PC the agents are running, but no running backuptask!
I cannot stop the session (outgreyed).
I already stop the backup on console, with no difference.
Daily backups keep on running successful!

If there are no actual tasks running, might be some database glitch - support will be able to address this.

I agree with you, I take a look at the tables, but for me it is not possible which is the right one.

On the console it loops at "Collecting recovery media files" and "Saving RecoveryMediaZip" staying at 99%.
On the client there is no backup task currently running.

#Support has no time slot as long as I use the VBR Community Edition.

Hello,

You may ask our support engineers to take a look at this table: [Backup.Model.BackupTaskSessions], columns: status and object_name. I suppose that a simple query which updates status must be executed. Please keep in mind that manual updates of entries at the level of configuration database are not supported, such a cleanup can be done by our engineers only. Since it's just a minor cosmetic issue and all backups jobs work fine, you may continue to wait for support staff availability.

Support has closed my case "...Unfortunately, due to high Support Team load we were unable to process your request and it has been archived automatically. Please keep in mind that as a Free Product case, Support is provided on a best effort basis. ..."

I'm not sure if backup jobs "really" work fine, but I will keep an eye on. It started only with one object, now I have 5 objects with state "running". That makes me quite nervous ...

Hello,

We provide support on a "best effort" basis for customers using Community licensed products but you may keep trying to open new cases. Every single attempt increases chances of getting support.

Thanks to all!
I have run a restore of my VBR configuration backup from today with drop history checked.
So, now I'm happy with it.
Within this restore a sql backup will be made and - most important thing - everything will be dropped in this database and THEN restored.
This is an easy workaround.
