Job completely stuck

Post by pfrancoeur »

Hi,

I am currently testing V11 in a lab environment using NFR licenses. This is a fresh install from scratch, linked to a small vSphere install, 2 Windows agent (one in workstation, one server) and 1 linux agent.

Worked well for a week maybe but recently, some jobs started stalling. Mostly agent job getting stuck after "Listing local user" and now vSphere jobs get stuck as well, just nothing being transferred.

The first couple of times, I was able to stop the job and they would (or not) work the next day.

Problem is, last night I had 3 jobs stuck, 2 agent and a vSphere job. Tried to cancel everything, only one agent job actually cancelled. The vSphere and the other agent job are stuck.

I rebooted the server, rebooted the machine with the agent, nothing work. No snapshot stuck in vSphere, everything looks good.

Any idea on how I could kill those jobs? I can reinstall the whole thing since it is only a lab but this seems overkill (and time consuming) for just two stuck jobs...

Thanks!
