Files To Tape Job fails on first attempt with v11. Problem Enumerating Recursively

Upgraded to V11 CP1 from V10.x yesterday. All overnight jobs ran successfully EXCEPT one.
We have one Files To Tape Job that errored.
Files source is Linux (SLES15 SP2)
This job was successful under v10.

Job Error:

Building protected objects list
Unable to enumerate files in folder /backups/ABC
All file system objects were skipped


Job debugging log shows

In addition I am able to traverse/explore the above folder of the Linux server in Veeam Backup Console under the Managed Servers\Linux\ branch.

It looks like components installed on the managed server Linux server were not upgraded/patched. Can you try to open the mentioned Linux managed server properties via the Veeam B&R console and walk thru the wizard by clicking Next > Next to make sure that all component versions are synced? Cheers!

You were spot on.

Step 15. V11 Upgrade Guide.

It wasn't so apparent to me as can't recall having to do before between major versions. And the fact I only saw this Linux Source as a client (in my eyes).. not a component.

For clarity Step 15 states

• If you are using Linux servers for your backup infrastructure components, the upgrade process will automatically deploy the new persistent data mover only to Linux servers with the VMware Backup Proxy role. To deploy it on other Linux servers, click through the Linux server properties, or use Set-VBRLinux PowerShell cmdlet to mass-deploy. Until you do this, those Linux servers will continue using the legacy run-time data mover to avoid issues with backup repository not meeting the persistent data mover requirements.
