Veeam scheduled backup failed, but manually is working

Hi,
Today my scheduled backup job with multiple hyper-v VMs did not processed one VM, I have such errors:
First error: Error: Failed to connect to the port [veeam_server:2504].
Retry 1: Error: Failed to connect to the port [veeam_server:2508].
Retry 2: Error: Failed to connect to the port [veeam_server:2508].
Retry 3: Error: Failed to connect to the port [veeam_server:2508].

I didn't change anything on firewall and couple hours later I did retry of this job, and this missing VM was processed without any problems. So why I had this error or scheduled job, should I open more ports on firewall?

Hi Wojciech, first of all, you should open a support case as it is required for any technical issue as closer logs review is needed for the investigation. Without a support case ID, your post will finally be removed by the moderator.

Speaking of ports, did you check if all required ports are open?
