SQL Errors - All backups failing

Post by Matt_AGGORA »

Case #04777703

I have a severity level 1 support ticket open, but support is taking their time in doing anything and have already breached the SLA. We have one email so far asking about resources, but the email was unclear about what resources they need from which machine. At the moment we are pulling our hair out trying to get some useful answer from Veeam support, but any type of communication is severely lacking.

I really hope someone here can be of more help, we are in dire need of it.

Here are our list or errors:

Code: Select all

11:44:59 Processing VMSAGE Error: bad allocation 09:25

11:46:19 Processing VMSAGEDB Error: Failed to find actual VM settings. 10:20

27/04/2021 11:06:50 :: Processing VMSVR01 - SQL Error: bad allocation
Failed to upload disk. Skipped arguments: [shadowSpec>];
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.

11:32:12 Processing VMSVR01 - SQL Error: Shutting down 11:50

Processing VMSVR01 - SQL Error: bad allocation Failed to upload disk. Skipped arguments: [shadowSpec>]; Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
We don't seem to have any issue with resources that we can see. The only change to the network was upgrading from 9.5 u4 to 11.0

Many thanks in advance!

Hello,

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can escalate the case.

Thanks!

I gave them a call and got through to someone very helpful, and we have progressed the case onwards through the investigation process. I guess someone was just having a bad day in support and we got the blunt end.

Thanks for your reply.
