Hi.
We need to upgrade our Veeam installation to 9.5 Update 4b.
But we try - we get message that we need an earlier version.
Have downloaded update 4 - but the requires a earlier patch.
So which updates packs do we need to be able to update with Update 4b?

You current version is 9.5.0.1922, right? To install Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 Update 4b you must have version 9.0 Update 2 (build 9.0.0.1715) or later. Please check Release Notes for Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 Update 4b. Cheers!

Any chance you have some hotfixes installed? I'd recommend contacting support to get assistance with the upgrade then.
