Use SQL authentification for connection

Hope you all doing great!

Actually we try to create an sql account to use in connection to Veeam B&R, but it always failed we try to connect Using Veeam.Backup.DBConfig.exe Utility .

Can you please explain step by step how to set up an sql authentifacation account and use it for cennection to Veeam B&R?
