Terminate job that exceeds window

Post by Peejay62 »

Hi,

I am wondering, if I use "terminate job that exceeds a backup window" is the work that is done by the job untill that time also lost? If I had a job running for 48 hours already (obviously already processed a lot) and it is terminated, does it start all over again the next time or does it remember all the work processed already? I could try a test setup but in advance you probably can give me an answer in advance.

thanks, Peter

No, if you stop the session, the already parsed data will not be lost.
