Universal Application Item Recovery Guide?

Both the Veeam Backup User Guide (pg 40) and the Enterprise Manager User Guide (pg 42) make a reference to a guide or documentation for Universal Application Item Recovery. They provide a link to the Resources page, but I can't find any such document listed on that page, nor on any other page on Veeam's website. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm looking to build a custom application item restore for a Linux based application is there any documentation, examples, howto's for this? Does anybody have any words of wisdom or guidance?

The application is Zimbra and I'm looking to be able to do full account restores I'm currently not worried per message restores.
