Restore exchange mailbox
I am attempting to restore a single mailbox and have mounted the disk but has still not shown up. Restore session shows that it is still mounting the disk which is 1.6TB large. I assume this can take some time but feel like that it may have hung? Is there a way to know for sure? It has been well over an hour. Just sitting here with my coffee until then

Well, off the top of my head, it looks like a technical issue. I recommend to reach out our support team and to paste a support case ID over here for our reference.

Hi Ryan,
Usually it takes about 5-10 seconds to mount, with no real dependency on disk size.
Are you mounting disk via File Level Recovery and launching Veeam Explorer afterwards by double-clicking the exchange DB file or just right-clicked Exchange machine backup and selected Restore application items?
