How to get-vespdocumentlibrary to a specific Doclib

I'm using this command to get the document library
Get-VESPDocumentLibrary -Organization $organization -Name Documents

As you can imagine Documents will have hundreds of sites when it shows up. How would I use some other descriptor to specific a specific site? If that is not possible how would I save all of the Document library in a different folder with this command?
Get-VESPDocumentLibrary -Organization $organization -Name Documents | Save-VESPItem -path C:\restore

If I understand it right, you would like to narrow down the outcome of the Get-VESPDocumentLibrary cmdlet to a specific site, right?

In such a case, you need to specify the site as described here (see Example 4).
