Manual upgrade from 11.0.0.837_20210319 to 11.0.0.837_20210507

I am trying to manually upgrade from version 20210319 to 20210507.

When I run the install it says its already installed and only allows repair.
That version is definitely not installed. I am using the Community Edition.

Is there an upgrade path or do I have to uninstall and then reinstall. The upgrade arrow in the menu at top is grayed out.
The server will not have access to the internet in the future and I want to get a version that supports vmware 7 u2.

If I have to uninstall will that removed the Sql server express and instance also. I don't want it to do that or lose my settings.

Any chance you have some hotfix installed? Anyway, support will be able to assist you with the proper steps to upgrade. And btw, you will not lose any settings if you use Veeam B&R configuration backup. Thanks!
