Migrate existing Backup file on Cloud Storage to Object Storage Repository

Hi, can I know if it's possible to migrate the existing backup file residing on a cloud to a new Object Storage Repository(Cloud Tier)?
What's the migration process if it's possible?
The current repository is not an object storage repository.

and welcome to the forums.

Is my understanding correct? You have a normal repository running in a virtual machine at a cloud provider (same like a local repository, just running at a data center of a cloud provider).

If yes, then you can enable capacity tier with a few clicks. https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110

That allows to copy and / or move backups to object storage

If you are asking for direct backup to object storage: that feature is not available (yet)

Hi Hannes, thanks for the information.
I think I didn't explain it clearly earlier.

I have been backing up to a normal repository on the cloud.
I will be implementing a SOBR and copy the backup to object storage on another cloud.

Is there a way I can migrate all the historical backup files residing in the normal repository to the object storage repository?
