vspc policy agent failed

Post by balma01 »

Agent for windows installed and managed by a VSPC, the VSPC shows agent version UP TO DATE, Cloud repository created for the tenant.
Sending the predefined policy "Windows server - Entire computer" I get the error:
Failed to perform the operation.
Backup job name: Windows server - Entire computer_vm02t2.
Invalid job configuration.
Failed to get Cloud Connect repositories.
Failed to retrieve the list of available cloud resources from the service provider.
Your service provider does not accept backups from this version of Veeam Agent for Window

Hi,

May I ask you to clarify the versions:
- VAW version;
- VCC version;
- VSPC version.

This thread might help, but I would say it's better to look for a standard solution first.

Thanks!

VAW v5 will not work with VCC v10, you need to upgrade it to v11.
You can check the supported backup targets in VAW release notes and also there are requirements listed in helpcenter:
Backup Target
Backup can be performed to the following types of storage:
Cloud storage
  • Veeam Cloud Connect 11 cloud repository.
  • Microsoft OneDrive storage (for Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, 8.1 and 10).
Thanks!
