error backup on QNAP TS-431P

I create backup job, bakcup files from server to file share folder on QNAP TS-431P.

Everything is ok, but sometimes a have a this error. some day 2-3 times in 24 hours, some day 10 times

yes, wake on lan is enabled on QNAP

Thanks for checking! Can you please raise a support case and share the case ID? I'll QA team to review the debug logs.

P.S. For now we suspect this issue is related to the periodic connection drops but we need the application logs to see the exact root cause.
