Backup Proxy - how to tell if it's used?

Post by sthomas »

How do I know if a job has utilized a backup proxy for any of its processing?

Open the job's session you are interested in under the History node of the management tree, select any specific VM in the VM list to the left, and you will see the proxy logged there in the log to the right. Thanks!

Hello, I know this is a really old thread, but we run hundreds of backups daily and Gustav's suggested method does not scale. Other than Veeam One, is there a way to PowerShell query all jobs during a period of time and dump the proxies used per VM?
Thank you
