VEEAM Support number offline?

Anybody else not able to call the 800-774-5124 help line? I am trying to call to open a ticket and the line drops immediately. Tried it from two different phones on two different carriers (Cricket and ATT).

I will forward this info to our support management team, but were you able to open the ticket via our Customer Portal with the request to call back?
