issue restoring

Hi guys,
I don't know if I have to open a ticket but I need your support on this, if I need to open a ticket let me know.
we have a copy job to copy files to offsite datastore including the configuration.
so today tried to restore it at the offsite host to check we have a healthy back however the below error appears.
the strange thing is the VM is restored and I can fire it up and access the files.
the below errors happens at 91%.

is this a encryption thing ? thank you

Hello,
"AM Error: Bad Data. " sounds like your backup storage system lost data. I assume, chances are low that support can help with it.

Anyway: That sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.

As the original poster didn't update the topic with the case ID, we can't verify what has been done. Please continue working with support and if possible let us know the case ID for future reference.
