Ich habe eine Proxmox Umgebung auf der ich verschiende VMs laufen lasse. Die VMs lassen sich perfekt mit VAfL sichern.
Nun hab ich für eine Anwendung einen Container erstellt (Debian 10 und GitLab). Veeam lässt sich installieren und einrichten (ich sichere auf eine SMB-Freigabe).
Wenn ich dann aber sichern will, kommt die Meldung:

Wie kann ich Proxmox Container nun sichern?

Veeam doesn‘t have support for proxmox container.
I don‘t think that will work.
You can try to backup the persistent storage of the container and the proxmox configuration on the host itself, if installation of the Veeam Agent for Linux is possible.
