Hello,
Case # 04921818
Veeam One installation fails with an error 503 when trying to connect to Vcenter.
- Other than this, Vcenter works perfectly fine
- I rebooted it, no change
- Manually connecting to Vcenter ui with the user supplied to Veeam works fine
- google didn't help up to now (I tried the IE enhanced security thing, no change)
Thanks.

Re: Error 503 while connecting to Vcenter during installation
Hi FrenchBlue,
I suggest continuing working on this case in the scope of the aforementioned ticket (I see there's an update pending already).
This looks like a purely technical issue that has to be analysed accordingly.
Please do keep us updated in this thread if the troubleshooting info proves to be beneficial for others.
Thanks!

Re: Error 503 while connecting to Vcenter during installation
Hello,
I did one more try using the Vcenter ip instead of its fqdn, even if the dns is working fine. Then the installer asked me twice to accept the certificate: once with the ip address, and then once more with the fqdn it had resolved. And then the installation could proceed and finish. Strange, because I did another very similar installation a few days ago with the Vcenter fqdn and it worked. Anyway, it's OK now.
Thanks.
