Copy Tapes Wizard not available

Hello All,

I tried to perform a "Copy Tape" operation but I am not able to select the menu, it does not appears ( Click Here to see the screenshot).


From helpcenter Website (https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110), I can see that the following tapes cannot be copied:

• Tapes in the Unrecognized media pool

• Free tapes (tapes in the Free media pool)

• Encrypted tapes

• Cleaning tapes

I am using Veeam BR v10 and the Infrastructure consists of Hyper-V 2016 server.
The Library is IBM TS4300 and 1 LTO7 SAS Drive is installed on the library.

Can someone tell me why this menu is not available ?

You need two drives in your library for that feature.

The source and target tape libraries must have at least one free tape drive each. If the tape copying is performed within one tape library, it must have at least two free drives.

Tape copy feature appeared in v11, so even if you add a second drive, you need to upgrade from v10 to v11 to use it.
