Issue on Backups on Repository Report

Hi All anyone facing issue on Veeam One 11 when generate the report on Backups On Repository only can see the Repo size but the VM Backup Size, Computer Backup size all empty cannot capture.

Hi Jacky,

No, I was not able to reproduce it and it's not a known issue. Could you please open a support ticket to get it sorted and share your case ID (as requested when you click New topic)?

Hi, already open the ticket and still did not able to get any good update to resolve this. Case # 04953881
Currently my B&R is v10 and my VeeamOne is v11.

Thanks for sharing the case ID. It may be related to the VBR v10 as the required data might not be exposed in this version via the interface VONE uses.

Anyway, as far as I see there is an ongoing discussion so please, keep working with the support engineers directly to resolve the issue.

Hi, i also create another lab testing using Veeam 11 and Veeam One 11 also having same issue. I open another case 04968181

thanks a lot, today i have get the update from the veeam support and give me 2 sql script. After running the result is good. So i can say this is v11 Veeam One bug. Hope this will able to fix on the coming patch.

"The origin of the issue is caused by new field in related table in database, that is empty in prior v11 versions - in other words it has NULL value for v10a VBR and that is why was missed by filter in Monitor and Reporter. If both products are v11, then there will be no issue at all. If VBR is some previous version, then there is a need in the fix.
Next versions will include the fix."

This is the respond by Veeam Support. Hope can help other.
