Amazon S3 is not the only 
there are a few more down the list.
At the very least, Wasabi and Backblaze are definitely worth the mention.
BTW Wasabi is super popular in particular among your fellow service providers.
As far those vendors you mentioned, none of them support object lock in principle (and from what I know, only Microsoft is actively working to add this capability).
