Replication of large disk fails

Post by eliot »

Trying to replicate a VM which has a 150Gb disk. It keeps failing at or around 135Gb in.
Now I'm pretty sure it was working fine when evaluating vReplicator, which in theory should rule out a disk issue. I did notice a note about some other problem around ~135Gb, so i put 3.01 on and it does the same.

Replicate failed Client error: Timeout waiting for any events related to processing thread. Unable to retrieve next block transmission command.
Number of already processed blocks: [105095]. Cannot backup file in the service console mode.

eliot, how fast is the connection between source and target hosts and how long does it take for replication to fail?
