Hi,
If I'm backing up to Onedrive, and the first full take a long time, and the computer restart while the job are running, after the reboot, does it resumes from where it's stops or restart from scratch?

After the reboot of the computer, when you restart the backup job, veeam will first remove the incomplete vbk from OneDrive. The Veeam Agent will start from the beginning. the entire backup data needs to be copied to OneDrive again.
I'd like to recommend, that you look for another backup target. Veeam plans to remove the capability for uploading Veeam Agent data to OneDrive in the next version of the agent. Most likely in early 2022.
