Copied File Does Not Exist Error

I am testing a restore and have received a "Error: ( Appliance ) Copied filed does not exist error" --tr
The host stream connection has been failed

I have looked in the firewall logs and not seen anything. I also made sure my credentials were correct

Hi David, thanks for opening a case. Please let our engineers review the log files more closely. Btw, what type of restore are you trying to perform? Linux FLR by any chance?

I found that this ended up being a firewall issue. Linux FLR. Port was not opened up at the network, not client level. Solved the issue
