Backing up Multiple Azure Subscriptions

Does Veeam Backup for Azure 3.0 allow the backup of Azure VM's from multiple Azure subscriptions from just a single Azure VM appliance? Similar to Veeam's implementation for AWS?

Yes, multiple accounts is supported as we have within AWS starting v3.
