Set Backup for a Call Recording Machine

Hello guys,
We are using VEEAM 11 in our network environment.
Since our company is a Call Center, We have several VMs with PCI Devices, which are responsible for recording calls via Span/Mirror port.
Due to that, we are unable to backup those VMs via VEEAM 11, even if I define them as File Shared systems.
How can I backup those machines??

Try agent-based backup job... this does not use VMware snapshots, which is likely the culprit here. Thanks!

I found another way by running scripts before and after the job here
