Hi,
We want to update to Veeam Backup and Replication 11a, but (as many others probably) we still have some guests running WS2008R2.
These guests are running with Application Aware processing, since they run SQL Server.
I havent found anything in the release notes, that indicate that 11a have excluded "support" for WS2008R2.
But can someone confirm?

Hi
You can find the required statement in our helpcenter: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... er=110#vms
Supported guest OS: „ All operating systems supported by VMware.“
„ Guest processing (which includes application-aware processing and indexing) is supported for Microsoft Windows 2008/Windows Vista or later except Nano Server, due to the absence of VSS framework.“
Hope that helps.
Thanks
