Hi guys I'm using Veeam Office 365 to do mailbox migrations from tenant to tenant,
everything works fine except that the mailbox on the new tenant, apparently at random, makes the mail look like this.
the two mailboxes are part of office365 but obviously with different domains and
some emails are perfectly restored, others make the old account appear in this way
Any advice?
thanks in advance

There may be some details in the restore logs about why this happens but I can't directly tell what would cause this. Since it happens randomly, you could open a support case via Microsoft and try to get more information about the difference between a normal account and the one with the random text.

there is a frequent error in the logs, maybe that's it?

It could indeed be related and a potential bug. Even though we don’t advertise VB365 as a migration solution
. Veeam support may be able to dig deeper and assist you. If you decide to open a case, can you let us know the case ID?
