veeam free best backup target

I am helping a friend with a brand new server t420Server 2019 windows) as hyper-v virtual machine. (only 1 vm).
The company is small 5 users. I am looking for a solution to take an image of os every night. (veeam free agent?) my question is where to store the image(best practise)? a synology nas ds220+ is compatible?
