Feature Update - Website

First, I know this is the wrong forum, but there is no "website" forum, so hopefully this can get put in front of whatever team should see it.
I'm trying to look back through my old support tickets, and there is no way to sort them. Also, I have no idea what order they are sorting themselves. The dates are all over the place, the ticket numbers are likewise out of order. It's not alphabetical by Subject, etc.
A way to sort tickets would be very helpful as I'm trying to recall the solution to a problem I had a few months ago, but I need to sift through all of my tickets to find it.

You're right, this is product R&D forum and we're not responsible for web site or any other backend systems, which is why there's no corresponding forum. I understand you're talking about the Customer Support portal? If so, you can submit any feedback related to technical support services directly to support management using the "Talk to a Manager" functionality in the customer support portal. Thanks!
