Hello,
I'm thinking about backup my tape server with veeam agent.
Do you think it's a good idea or you prefer to rebuild it and reinstall driver + additionnal programs

Re: Backup veeam tape server
You don‘t have any real data on the server. Each veeam related configuration is stored in the vbr database.
Protecting it helps you to recover faster from a os or hardware issue. If you don‘t want to reinstall and reconfigure your windows, do it.

Re: Backup veeam tape server
Hello
Yes, I knew for no data stored on it but it's if rebuild is necessary. I would like to know how your customer do it ? Do they use veeam agent for this or they just ignore it.
