Offload job resume

Can you confirm if an offload job to Wasabi storage is expected to resume if interrupted due to server restart? My understanding is that the blocks have been already offloaded so it should work away with no problem but wanted confirmation. I want to put some detail for our engineers when they need to patch Veeam servers that may be running offload jobs at the time and if it is a safe procedure to restart the server when they are running these.

Confirmed, already transferred data will not be offloaded again after server restart. Once resumed, it will look only for yet-to-be-transferred data. Thanks!
