Delete Backup VM on repository per-VM

My question is the following.

Can I delete a virtual machine from the backup in a repository that does not have the backup method configured "Use per-VM backup files?

Hi Ser

With „Use per Job Backup Files“, you can only remove backups from the veeam configuration database.
It‘s not possible to free up space with deleting the backups of a vm, because the backup files cannot be removed from the disk, when other backups are stored in them.
