I have a general question on the v6 upgrade process. Is there an upgrade document that explains the process, prereqs or any other considerations when upgrading from v5.0.2 in production? I have searched the VMWARE site but only see marketing literature and pdf's that are broken links.
I am specifically interested in knowing if the upgrade makes any changes to the SQL database schema or connection properties that will require the intervention of my DBA? Does the enture upgrade process run on the application front end?
