Need snapshot consolidation but snapshot is already consolidate

Hi,
Veeam send me a warning everyday indicate that a VM needs snapshot consolidation, but all automatic snapshot consolidation attempts have failed. But when I take a look on vSphere I can see that consolidation is ok and that "Consolidate" is in grey.
I don't understand what I have to do ? Do I make a mistake ?

Hi, I would recommend confirming that Veeam support that warning is valid, and opening a support case with VMware next if so. Thanks!
