Backup the User's Teams data
Hy!
I am new in Veeam backup for Office 365. When I configure a backup job and select a M365 licenced user I cannot show the Teams when I click on Edit button. How can I backup the user's Teams data?
Thanks.

Re: Backup the User's Teams data
You can only add Teams as a main item. You can add them using the Add button as shown in the user guide.

Yes I know, but when I click on Teams, I only see group, and none of the users. So can I backup the users Teams data?

No, currently, it's not possible.
But you can protect 1-2-1 chats as part of user Exchange mailbox backup.

Re: Backup the User's Teams data
1-2-1 chats are the chats between 2 users privately. For example, you and me having a chat over something in Teams isn't associated to a "Team" itself. That conversation will be protected through the users exchange mailbox (They are stored there as messages in a hidden folder)
