Veeam agent for Linux and syntetic full

Hi,

I have a server (RHEL6) backed up by Veeam Agent for Linux (v5.0.2) to a B&R server (v11). The retention time for this backup job is 365 days.

I want to create a syntetic full every month, but I only see the option "Active Full: Produces a full backup and reset a backup chain." (I have tested this but it triggers a full transfer of data. Approx 10TB).

In the Agent for Win I see the option "Advanced settings: Syntetic Backup".

How can I do the same in the Linux Agent?

Info: license type for agent is: server.

Synthetic Full for Veeam Agent for Linux is available when you create a Veeam Agent job managed by the backup server.
Job - Backup Settings

It is not available when you create backup jobs managed by Agent.

I have now configured the agent as "managed by the backup server" and I can confirm that I now have the option to create "syntetic full".
