Hy!
I have an agent backup job, but when job start after 5 minutes gives an error:
Error: Completion timeout occured
Is this a firewall issue? Or any? If it is a firewall issue how can I check in Veeam logs?

Please include the support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.
Timeout can be caused by different reasons (including firewall), so yes, the logs should help to find the reason.

It was a firewall issue. We follow the following link and add these port number to firewall exception:
