Hi Experts,
I have created file level backup jobs in veeam server. The destination for the backup jobs are configured in a repository. And I can see the data is in Veeam format. I want to take a backup of this backup data to a tape drive by creating another job (source=backup repo , dest=tape).
So what is the restore process if I want to restore the data directly from the tape. Is it the same?
Thanks!

Re: Veeam backup job to tape
Hi Lokesh
With File Level backup jobs, you are talking about Veeam Agent File Level Backups?
You must first restore the backup back from the tape to the repository. After that, you can restore the files you wanted. You can't restore files directly from Tape.
