I'm getting a new SuperMicro storage server with about 270TB of usable space. Adding this to Veeam is it better to split this in to smaller volumes in the RAID or just making 1 large repository that I'll add to my SOBR. This will be a Windows2019 server and I'll use ReFS.

many customers go far beyond 270TB... so I would go with one volume. That makes it easy to manage.
