EM File restore from file share Backup

Hello

I backup file shares with Veeam 11. When I try to restore files from this file shares with Enterprise Manager, the option
Restore is grayed out and when I hoover over the it, it says: "to use file level recovery register at least one file share with backup replication server".

But I don't find the information where and what file share I have to register with Veeam B&R server.

"When I try to restore files..." > How was that file share backed up in the first place?

Do you have that file share added in VBR under Inventory > File Shares?

Yes, this file share is added under Inventory > File Shares as SMB Share.

Interesting.
- Can you please try to perform File-Level Restore from VBR for that backup - I am wondering if "Restore to Original location" shows up?
- Also, just to be sure, please hit Start Collecting on said VBR server under Enterprise Manager Configuration > Backup Severs tab and verify that session completes under Sessions.

It seemed that the user we used needs Full NTFS permission on the share, now it works.
