Components wont upgrade

Hi,

[Case ID: # 05360320]

I recently updated to 11.0.1 and now my Installer, NFS and Transport components wont upgrade
I have followed these steps to try to fix it:
- Manual installation of the components via packages on the ISO
- Upgrade again with the cumulative backup
- Ctrl right click to try an active full backup to restart the chain

I am still getting these errors on some jobs:

- Error: Product components installed on WIN-L0KVHHQGHUA have older version (11.0.0.837) than the current product version (11.0.1.1261) and must be updated.

The problem seems to go away and come back.

Can anyone help with this?

Any chance some backup infrastructure components like proxy or repository are used by multiple different Veeam B&R servers?

Not that I am aware of, I only have one instance of VBR on a VM.

In this case, I'd let our support team to carry out the research as it's difficult to say what's going on without debug logs examination and remote access to your infrastructure.
