Hi Michael

I assume, you have a vm backup from this old server.
If you start a FLR Restore session and mount it to the console, then you can show the properties from the folders inside the FLR Explorer. If it's already mounted to the console, you can open the properties directly. Just click Mount to Console in the ribbon menu and then right click on the folder an click on Properties... to see the folder size.

Hello ,

Much Thanks . Works for me . I forget to Mount the Backup .

Another Question , is it normal that big Filesize Folders needs long time in Status "Starting" when an "Copy To" Restore is runnning ?

Your welcome.

What is "big filesize" in this folder? Do you have thousands of small files or a few big ones?
I can imagine that it takes longer to start, if you have many thousands of small files.

Copying 1.7 TB of small files (I'm talking about thousands of small files) will take some time. Copy To is a file based restore process. Each File must be copied by the software to the target location. And copying 1x big 50GB file will be much faster than copying 51200x small 1MB Files. Of how many files are we talking in your case?

Depending on the amount of small files, the fastest way will be restoring the entire disk, because entire disk restore is block based and not File based. But I understand, it's not an option in this case, if you only want to restore a part of the entire disk.
