Recover a backup on another physical server

Is it possible to restore a backup from a physical server to another physical server with different specifications? (Using recovery media creation or Another way)

Yes, of course. Just use the Recovery Media. Or you can instantly recover any backup to a VM on vSphere, Hyper-V or AHV hypervisors.
