Hi,
When we start restore session via the Enterprise Manager Self-Service portal and the restore has finished the restore job is still active until user logs off or closes the browser. And that can take days to happen.
It seems there is no 'Unmount' button or UI notification, on how the session can be stopped.
I would suggest to:
- Add option 'Unmount/Stop Restore session' to the Files Self-Service Portal and EM UI
- Add hints/tips to UI, informing users how they can stop the mount/restore job

hmm, I remember a default session timeout of 30min for Enterprise Manager... did you already check that with support? What is the support case number?And that can take days to happen.
